    Information Collection and Use www.dealcosplay.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

     

    Order

    We request information from the user on our order form when making a purchase. Here is where a user must provide their contact information, like name and shipping address, and financial information, like credit card number and expiration date.     Paying with Credit Card

    We accept Visa Mater Discover and American Express, you can choose paypal to finish your order and then pay with credit card, there is no need to register a paypal account again.

    Paying with Western Union

    We are also happy to accept Western Union payment for most orders. Please contact us first if you want to pay with western union.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Estimated Delivery Time

     

    Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the transit time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

     

    For example, if you order a dress, it will need 1-5 working days of processing time and then 6-9 business days of shipping time if you select standard shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 8-17 days. And you can expect to receive it in 4-11 days if you select expedited shipping (3-6 days).

    Shipping Time

    We are excited to offer international shipping for most destinations of the world.

    We have 3 options for international delivery. To have your order sooner, you can pay a little more for our expedited service, or if you are not in too much of a hurry, select our free shipping option and you can enjoy the special offer.

     

    You don't need to worry about your order. It would usually arrive on time unless there are unpredictable factors (bad weather etc.) which cause delay. We do appreciate your understanding in this matter.

     

    Chinese holiday reminder: During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1, 2016) and Chinese New Year (January 30, 2017), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-7 days.

  • Track Order

    Order Tracking

     

    We offer free shipping for all orders. The typically transit time is 10-20 business days (exclude weekend and holidays). You will be notified a tracking number in email once your order has been shipped. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on weekends and Holidays.

     

    How long does it take for my order to ship?

    We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sales events and peak shopping days. Please allow 1-5 business for us to process and ship your order.

     

     

    Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

    Yes, we offer expedited shipping. The extra shipping fee will be charged if you choose expedited shipping. Please contact customer service if you need to receive your by a specific date, we are here to help in providing the best possible delivery date.

     

     

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped out, an email will be sent to notify you. And tracking will be available the next day. After logging in your account and navigating to My Orders, you may track the package, following its journey to you.

  • Return Policy

    We want you to be totally satisfied with our products and service and there may be times when you will need to return a product purchased from us.

     

    Damaged items

    If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

     

    Order Cancellation

    We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

     

    The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

    To be eligible, please make sure that

    -The product is in its original packaging

    -The product isn't used or damaged

    Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

    Please note: some of the costume need to be customized after order. We don't accept return for customized products. 

     

    Please talk to us if you are unsatisfied with a product or the service you have received from us. Our customer service will offer you a return address. After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel. Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy.

    Once you have done the return, please inform us about your return tracking number and the courier so that we can receive the returned item and refund you in accordance with the Return Policy soon. Thank you.

    Refund
    If you decide to return your purchase, we will issue you a refund back onto the original credit card or paypal account you used to purchase the item.
    For returns, refunds will only be issued upon reception of the returned item at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days from the time the item arrives at our warehouse for the refund to be issued.
